For the second match in a row in the ESPZEN league, Sharks didn't have any trouble finding the net. However, at the other end, it's leaky rearguard is a cause for concern as a total of 8 goals has been conceded in as many games. It didn't help matters as the team had to make do with a makeshift defence as the defensive trio of Sarhan, Kelvin and Yi Quan had to miss out on the game.

Posuer took an early lead in the game as Aaron and Lutz were caught flat-footed as they bundled the opposition forward who made no mistake from the spot. As Sharks surged forward, they found an unlikely source as Sulaiman scored his first competitive goal after a good layoff from Zul after 15mins. They took the lead shortly aferwards as Heng Li connects a corner from Jeffrey with a volley which stun Poseur's defence. The away side however managed to equalise before Chris came on and with perhaps his first contribution gave Sharks a 3-2 lead at half-time. In the second-half, Poseur managed to equalise yet again before Zul gave Sharks the lead again after a goal-mouth melee with just 8 minutes left on the clock. However, Poseur had other ideas after Sharks failed to clear a dangerous free-kick just outside the box the follow-up were cruelly deflected off Sulaiman with Nizam stranded. Both teams had chances to net the winner with Posuer shooting wide with just Sharks custodian to beat before Jean-Jacques missed from six yards after Posuer's custodian failed to hold on to an intial shot for the final action of the game.

The manager commented after the game, 'Perhaps it was a fair result as both teams had a golden opportunity each in the final moments of the game to grab all 3 points. The team were clearly exposed at the back after missing out on 3 key players but it was a commendable effort. While the team is enjoying a purple patch in front of goal lately, there's no prize for guessing which area the team needs to improve.'
