Sharks on 2 week break

Sharks will be going on a two week break off the new season with Easter and Labor Day holidays on the horizon and a projected return date to the field will be 8 May 2011. While many are wondering the non-existent of a break after the end of Season 14, the management wish to stress that it is due to several blackout dates which will be occuring in the coming months which is behind the reason why the club have kicked off Season 15.

The team will return to action on 8 May and another game the following week on 15 May. After which, they will be yet another 2 weekend break as the manager will be out of the country for a break.

The manager said, 'May will be a month where the team will see a couple of weekend off football and the concern will be if our boys will be up to shape or lose our momentum.'

In other division news, Team H kicked off their season with a victory over their rivals Hibs Social with a 2-0 victory over at PSA Keppel Pitch while FC Socheaux and Barclays Capital shares the spoil in a 2-2 draw. The former would rue their opportunity to register an opening day victory as they let slip a 2 goal advantage.

This weekend will see Matador and Barclays facing off each other with both teams intent to get their season back on track while Eastern Vale will kick-off their season with a visit to Hibs Social. The last two meetings from both sides ended with a 3-0 victory for Hibs and a 2-2 draw thus Hibs will start the game as favorites playing at their home ground at PSA Keppel.
